“I am not normally someone who submits a review for a product or service but after the service I received from Steve Z******** I felt compelled to do so. My wife and I were looking to build a 3 season porch on our existing deck. After multiple calls and quotes from other contractors I found Steve. Right from the start of the project he was extremely attentive and professional. He showed up on time every morning and his attention to detail is not something you find anymore these days. On afternoons when he couldn't be there (but his team was) he would come back that night and note any work he was not 110% satisfied with and it would be fixed immediately (which was never much since his team was also excellent). Throughout the build, Steve had many fantastic suggestions that we hadn't even considered. He also went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied after every step and kept to the schedule he promised. We are still amazed each time we walk into that room and show it off to friends/family every chance we get. From the large windows, the pine ceilings, the built-in shelves, hardwood floors, built in lighting - simply incredible! “Steve is an extraordinarily reliable and professional person. He has done extensive work in my home over the past few years, including redoing my master bathroom, including tiling work, electrical, plumbing, etc. He rebuilt an outdoor deck to accompany my above ground pool, installed an outdoor rug on my patio and replaced the screening. Redid my downstairs half bathroom, including tiling and painting and also installed a new roof for me. In addition to these larger projects, he is always happy to help with smaller jobs as well. One of the things I loved about Steve completing my larger projects was that his company was able to provide all of the work rather than me having to find other contractors for stages of the job. It was so easy! Steve's prices are outstanding for the work he provides, and has always been fair and honest. Unlike other contractors that expect you to obtain materials on your own, Steve takes an extraordinary amount of time assisting in picking out quality products to use that compliment the job he's completing and listens carefully to what you envision as the end result. His work is always top notch. He has a great deal of integrity compared to any other contractor my family has used. He is honest and has a great deal of integrity. He even fixed a door **** for me, free of cost, when he was completing a completely separate job! Aside from being talented in his profession, he's an all around good guy.
